The dining scene around the hotel is fantastic, with Mint and An Sibhin just a hop away for delicious bites. On top of that, you can't miss the freshly baked scones at nearby cafes. The hotel's decor is modern and clean, giving a fresh vibe.

While I reveled in the location and great food, my room was quite basic and not well-maintained. There was no hot water for the shower, a common complaint I discovered, which left me a bit cold.

The hotel's prime position made it easy for me to stroll to Saint Paul's Church and the beautiful Cathedral of Our Lady, both just a few steps away, allowing me to soak in the city's rich culture and fine architecture during my weekend escape.

Generally a neglected hotel with shabby carpets and a strong chemical smell throughout. Only tolerable because of very late check in and early departure next day

It was centrally situated, easy to get to a mansion museum. Greatly enjoyed the twin room we had. The staff was genuinely helpful, they showed us what exceptional service is supposed to be like...

The bathroom had a bit of an unpleasant odor. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the city center.

The hotel location was perfect for venues I needed to visit. I could leave the car in the Hotel car park and walk. The availability of internet was great.

Nothing except location! But I am sure that you can find another hotel in this part of the city.

Don't like hotel at all! It has only 2 stars!!! Not 3 as it is mentioned on the cite! And it's really a standard 2-stars hotel! Don't book it if you prefer clean and comfortable hotels. Very old room, there is no lightbuble, hangers, safe doesn't work, more over it was very cold even when we switched on heater. Although we booked a double room, they gave us a twin room. The view from the only available double room was on the parking (cars were in 1 meter from the window!!!) Breakfast was awful: poor choice and stale bread.

The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the heart of the city, with access to shops and restaurants. The room I had, a Basic Double Room, fit my budget well and had a comfortable bed. I appreciated the air conditioning, especially during warmer evenings, keeping the room cool. Check-in was smooth and efficient through a virtual screen, which I found quick and easy to navigate. I did encounter some issues. The bathroom was a bit on the dirty side, particularly the curtains that needed replacing. The staff availability was inconsistent. During checkout, I waited 30 minutes for someone to assist me, frustrating. I wish I had more toiletries in the room as we ran out of toilet paper during our two-night stay. It had its ups and downs.

But toilet is not up to the standards. There are no chairs in the room. Not enough place to keep your bags

Friendly staff, but noisy nights

The friendly reception staff always welcomed us with a smile and offered local advice. The hotel's location is prime, with access to the city center's attractions.

The noise between rooms was quite disruptive, as we could hear conversations next door clearly. The shower had some rust, off-putting and suggested a need for maintenance.

stylish and new-fashioned rooms with the bathroom was nt good as well as complimentary drinks, affable staff. centrally located hotel very close to second hand shops and antique shops, museums, cafes, restaurants and sights, the centre of antwerp, about 250 mtrs and the nicest places, streets and restaurants of the town. smooth check-in at 3 pm, amicable employees.

location was good pity aboud the works outside as a wakeup at 06.30 was not on the menu.

no hairdryer, tea/ coffee making facalites two single beds instead of a double, room very dark, only mirror with reacable power in bathroom.
